Free shipping with tracking code provided after dispatch. Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. Once confirmed, the item must be returned within 5 business days, in the same condition as received. Missing original accessories (e.g. dustbags) incur a €25 fee, deducted from store credit.

International

Import duties and taxes are not included and are billed separately by the carrier (e.g. DHL). If unpaid, the order will be returned to Holly Goli. In such cases, return and admin fees may apply and be deducted from the customer’s credit. Refunds are only possible if Holly Goli is reimbursed by the carrier — which cannot be guaranteed.
