Purchase Conditions

Portugal

Shipping is free and includes tracking. Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, and local charges are not included in the purchase price and are charged by the carrier upon delivery.

If these fees are not paid and the order is returned to Holly Goli, any associated costs (including return shipping fees and carrier charges) may be deducted from store credit or charged to the customer.

2.⁠ ⁠Returns

Customers have 2 days after delivery to request a return.

Once approved, the item must be returned within 5 business days.

Returns are accepted exclusively for:

•⁠ ⁠Exchange for another item, or
•⁠ ⁠Store credit

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original accessories included where applicable.

Holly Goli reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to apply deductions to store credit in cases of missing items or damage.

3.⁠ ⁠Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Holly Goli may provide a return label for convenience; however, the cost remains chargeable unless otherwise stated.

The customer is fully responsible for packaging, tracking, and any loss or damage during return transit.

4.⁠ ⁠Store Credit Policy

All items are sold on a pre-owned and/or consignment basis.

For this reason, cash refunds are not issued.

Approved returns are eligible exclusively for:

•⁠ ⁠Store credit, or
•⁠ ⁠Exchange for another available item

Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated.

5.⁠ ⁠Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are not eligible for cash refunds.

The order value will be issued as store credit only.

6.⁠ ⁠Authenticity Guarantee

Holly Goli guarantees the authenticity of all items sold.

If an item is proven to be non-authentic by a recognised expert or authentication process, a full cash refund will be issued.

All items are pre-owned and may show minor signs of wear consistent with age and use.

Each item is carefully described and photographed, and customers are encouraged to review all details before purchase.
